ARTICLE 1 : Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company GYPSO and its customer within the framework of the sale of the following goods: gloves, protections. Any service provided by the company GYPSO therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2: Prices
The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated exclusive of tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order. GYPSO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
ARTICLE 3 : Discounts and rebates
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the company GYPSO would be led to grant taking into account its results or the assumption of responsibility by the purchaser for certain services.
ARTICLE 4 : Discount
No discount will be granted for early payment.
ARTICLE 5 : Terms of payment
Payment for orders must be made :
- either by credit card,
- or by PayPal account.
The total amount is paid when the order is placed.
ARTICLE 6: Property reserve clause
The company GYPSO retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price. For this reason, if the purchaser is the subject of a receivership or a legal liquidation, the company GYPSO reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the collective procedure, the goods sold and remained unpaid.
ARTICLE 7: Delivery
Delivery is made by handing over the goods directly to the purchaser. The stock availability indicated when the order is placed is given for information only and is not guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not entitle the purchaser to :
- cancellation of the order
- the allocation of damages;
The transport risk is borne entirely by the buyer. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form and the returns form available on the site in the "Returns" tab on the "my-account" page upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
ARTICLE 8: Force majeure
The company GYPSO cannot be held responsible if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in the present general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. In this respect, force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 9: Returns
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING A NEW PRODUCT
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
1. To guarantee the correct return of your order, you undertake to :
- Fill in the returns form in the "Returns" tab on the "my account" page, indicating the reason for the return,
- Return the items in their original condition and complete, in packaging that guarantees their integrity during transport,
- Attach the completed and signed product return fiche to the order,
- Return the item to the following address: GYPSO - 1 Boulevard de la Durance - 13350 Charleval - FRANCE.
2. All product returns that are not the subject of a complaint will be systematically discounted by 10%. Depending on the condition of the products returned, the discount may be up to 50% or the return refused. For products in perfect condition, but which require intervention to put back on the shelf such as "customer price label to be removed, anti-theft device to be removed, etc." a discount of up to 5€/product may be applied.
REFUNDS
In accordance with article L121-21-4 of the French Consumer Code "When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is obliged to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw". In the event of proven mishandling of the product when it is returned, we reserve the right to refuse any refund.orders paid for by credit card will be refunded automatically, for all other orders you will receive a cheque.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you find that your product is faulty, you can return it to us. In the event of proven deterioration or if we find no fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning and re-sending the product.
In this case:
- Fill in the returns form in the "Returns" tab on the "my-account" page, indicating the exact problem encountered in the box provided, so that our after-sales service can deal with your request as quickly as possible.

Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and signed for. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you so that you can choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or collect your parcel from the post office of your choice at 3 p.m. the following day. If you do not make a choice, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.
