At Gypso, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind. And good news: returns are completely free!

In time for Christmas, orders placed between 24 November and 3 December can be returned until 3 January.

How do I make a return?

To simplify the process and give you a smooth experience, here are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to your customer account:
   Go to our website Gypso.fr and log in to your customer area.

2. Access the "Product Returns" tab:
   From your dashboard, select the tab dedicated to returns, then choose the product you wish to return.

3. Receive your Colissimo label:
   Once your request has been validated, you will receive a prepaid returns label by email. Simply print it out and stick it on your parcel.

4. Drop off your parcel:
   Drop off your parcel at the nearest Colissimo collection point. And that's it, you're done!
